However, since the total depth of Metod is somewhat greater than that of Faktum due to the suspension rail, the representation in the Metod online planner might be correct. I assume it should be possible to screw the rotated base cabinet to the kitchen wall if it has no legs at the back.

Well, I didn’t have a tape measure with me, but since some kitchens were installed so “unattractively” with the gap at the tall cabinets (an IKEA pencil easily fit in with some play), I conclude that the carcass dimensions have not changed much or at all.
Man, if I had known that, I would have documented all the measurements, but as I said, I was just there as a tourist without needing a kitchen myself anytime soon.
Before more questions arise, the fronts are identical to Faktum, only with different dimensions and, of course, the names are different.
