Is a floor plan with a garage feasible on the property?

Does anyone of you have a similar floor plan, but with access to the garage?

We are facing a similar problem with almost the same floor plan! We are considering placing a 3x9m single garage with a shed on the boundary and a carport between the house and the garage. Then the window of the WC will no longer be an issue. Has anyone of you done something like this and have experience with it? Do prefabricated garage manufacturers offer a carport/garage combination? If I place a 3m wide garage on the boundary, is the adjacent carport allowed to be wider than 3m? Or does the maximum 6x9m boundary construction still apply?

Yes, I don't know the second question, but I believe that it would then be an enclosed structure and therefore cannot be larger. But that is just a guess.

I like that idea, we also had it during our discussion (garage, double garage, door, costs). We were inspired by the Kern-Haus Aurelio (you have to google it yourself). However, the tendency is towards a floor plan that allows for an attached long garage and a direct passage from the house to the garage. Otherwise, on the way to the workshop (rear part of the garage), I would have to cross "open field". Those who have a basement can plan differently. Since we are still in the early planning stage, the outcome is open.

The garage/carport combination can be bought ready-made, also from prefabricated garage suppliers.
