Is a bungalow in Walldorf feasible within our budget?

It's up to you. Spending discipline. Restriction to what is necessary. Not nice to have.

With Bien-Zenker we would be at about €2300-2500 / sqm, which I already find too expensive.
We are now making appointments with various architects. I am rather thinking of about €2000-2300 / sqm. So about €400,000 for the house including incidental costs and fully turnkey. Minus own contribution plus garden and garage, we could then end up at €700,000.
That has to be possible....

Hi, I’m from the neighboring town of St. Leon-Rot and would also like to build. I was at the prefab house center in Mannheim yesterday, but I tend to prefer brick-and-mortar. Do you have a recommendation for builders who also offer fully turnkey brick-and-mortar construction? Somehow I only ever find appealing providers in the Heilbronn area.

in the meantime we had contact with Geiser from Schwetzingen. We could have imagined a construction with him. Unfortunately, the matter with the [Grundstück] turned out differently. He builds stone by stone and calculates down-to-earth.

The situation with the plot is really a dilemma, fortunately, the plot is family-owned, although the location and building window don’t meet my wishes.
