Installation shaft and chimney shaft in one?

What’s wrong with the tone? - that’s experienced advice, nothing more. I can tell very quickly from a floor plan if it’s a dead horse. Only a cynic would have encouraged you at this point to "refine" this plan. A trash can is a friend and a comforter when a plan is a dead end, and crumpling this plan frees a path. No one here counts how OFTEN you roll the dice - but we rejoice with everyone who then rolls three sixes. The shaft itself is already wasted palliative care. You still thwart your chance for a push in the right direction by reporting the ground floor only partially and verbally. We probably would have long ago found where YOU would solve the knot there. Because on the OTHER floor a wrong turn cannot be healed. If you’d rather whine, that’s not MY fault.

The installation shaft next to the chimney is not a problem. We did it just like that. On the other side of the chimney, there is another warm air shaft to the upper floor so that the convection heat from the stove does not all move into the living area. The installation shaft goes from the basement up to the attic, is accessible on every floor, and houses various media such as photovoltaic power, speaker cables, heating control, etc. The larger shaft goes only from the basement to the ceiling of the ground floor and primarily contains the controlled residential ventilation for ground and upper floors.


Apart from the fact that I prefer rather rectangular floor plans with a pitched roof and lots of photovoltaics, I consider your floor plan to be highly improvable. The solution with the two small bathrooms is nonsense. Make one proper bathroom out of it and place it above the kitchen or next to the chimney shaft. Whether children's rooms need 19 m² is also debatable. We kept ours at 15.5 m² and placed a central family room instead.
The suboptimal placement of the chimney at the eaves has already been mentioned. Visually, that's not exactly a treat.

Let's put it this way, you can tell from both levels that they come from a pen that hasn't done this very often yet. Connect the garage with the house. What is the purpose of the approx. 80cm light distance? Why a closed kitchen? Nobody does that anymore. Basement next to the existing pool: how are you going to support the pool? Workspace for the basement wall? Who is making the working plans? I would fundamentally revise (have revised) both levels.

The staircase looks very short to me. At first glance, it looks like a model chicken ladder.

What else besides the one car is supposed to go into the garage? Definitely no second car with the current size. What is the narrow path between the house and the garage supposed to be good for?
