Increase Ikea dishwasher / built-in

Hello guys!

I am currently planning my Ikea kitchen and would like to install the dishwasher slightly elevated. Maybe one of you has already done this and can provide me with a kind of "description" on how to do this best or easiest without getting gray hair while implementing it!

Should the dishwasher be placed under the countertop or so to speak on the first level? Probably just 30 cm higher, right?

A countertop with the dimensions of the dishwasher, 4 feet Capita, is available in heights from 11 to 21 cm, I would use the sides of a carcass for the side panels (usually found in the IKEA bargain corner). For the top, also just a side of a carcass. For the looks. After that, build everything properly.
