Inadequate complete kitchen planning

Hello dear Ikea fans :)

I urgently need your advice :(

Since I am not really skilled technically or manually and would rather have my "dream kitchen" planned by experts, I chose the full kitchen planning with installation. I am a big fan of the country-style kitchen fronts =)

Last week we had the appointment for the full planning. Unfortunately, not everything went as I had imagined. Since the sockets in my kitchen are at the same height as the standard countertops, according to the kitchen planner my kitchen would have to be set deeper. For this, we would need plinth feet with a maximum height of 5 cm. Unfortunately, it was not clear to me right away that I have to get the kitchen feet myself, as this was only communicated to me shortly before the planning was completed. I am also supposed to get the plinth molding myself now. The 5 cm plinth feet are supposed to be found at the nearby hardware store... Unfortunately, it is not so easy to find plinth feet of this height. It has been wearing on my nerves and taking a lot of time since Thursday (May 6). I also went to Ikea again on Saturday (May 9) to clarify the problem on site, but I felt a bit brushed off. According to the kitchen specialist, I cannot buy the kitchen at Ikea if I do not get the matching plinth feet. I find the kitchen planning as well as the kitchen specialist pretty confusing and inaccurate. Is it usual that you have to take care of individual parts yourself? also with full planning? even if you have chosen the full planning option because you want experts to solve your technical or manual difficulties...

Hello, I would find it much better if an electrician could install the sockets higher. Is a 2.8 cm instead of a 3.8 cm thick countertop already planned? Plinth feet with 5 cm, but they cannot be adjusted any lower than that.

Is it common that one has to take care of individual parts oneself? even with a full planning? even if one has decided on the option of a full planning because one wants technically or craft-related difficulties to be solved by experts....

If the range does not cover the required products, unfortunately yes. There are quite a few providers who consider every "special case," but the furniture is then sometimes custom-made, which in turn affects the price.

Just because there is a full planning does not mean that there must be a solution for you. However, in my opinion, this important information should have been mentioned right at the beginning.

Raising the sockets would really be the best solution... unfortunately, the sockets are located in the wall tiles, I think that could drive up the kitchen costs. I heard from a neighbor that their wall tiles are different and/or the sockets are also installed higher than those in my kitchen. That’s why I contacted my landlady... Maybe something can still be arranged. But the idea of the countertop is brilliant... We actually planned with a 3.8 cm countertop, which means I would have 1 cm more available then the feet you recommended would definitely fit.

Please provide the exact measurements and upload a photo of the sockets. Maybe there is another possibility.
