Extra deep countertops are also available at Ikea, and probably cheaper than elsewhere. If the connection is only in the neighboring cabinet, you don't necessarily have to move the entire row forward, but can also just cut out a part of the cabinet and let the pipes run through the cabinet.

How far does the windowsill protrude? At the very beginning, I wrote that there are still not sufficient distances to the wall and filler panels need to be planned.

The side walls of the cabinet should not directly cover the power connection, but otherwise a little more to the left or right is no problem.

Is there a separately protected socket available for the oven?

How many people are you? I have assumed 2 so far based on the table with the two chairs. Are there things that will be permanently on the countertop?

The windowsill protrudes by 2cm.

No separately fused socket is planned for the oven. Should / must there be one?

Currently, we are 2 people, but planning for 2 children. So in the future, 4.

We currently use the table for quick breakfasts. A small coffee machine might possibly stand in the corner on the countertop. But that’s it.

The 2 cm are unproblematic. Just plan for a minimum 3 cm wide alignment strip. The exact width depends on the most favorable position of the cabinets for the connections.

With the children, you will eventually no longer use the table for a quick breakfast and it is better to have more workspace. The advantage with IKEA is that you can still expand the kitchen later, even if then maybe all fronts will have to be replaced.

A separate circuit protection for the oven is indispensable. Without major installation work, this would only be possible if the oven is near the cooktop, provided there is a stove connection with a 3-phase alternating current there.

This is now the final kitchen.

Oven with extra safety.

Since I have an overdeep countertop of 73cm, I have 10cm of space behind the cabinets. The sink is not in front of the wastewater connection.

Can I connect there with a completely normal DN50 HT elbow?

Like this one?

A retractable socket will be installed in the countertop at the back left corner.

This is how it currently looks. Details like baseboards are still missing.

Behind the cooktop and the sink, we are still considering a practical and attractive solution.

We had bought a "normal" kitchen backsplash. However, it was over 1cm thick and we did not like it.

Therefore, we only want to protect the 2 areas at the back.

Does anyone have ideas?
