IKEA Metod kitchen quality 2022: Quality and price, experiences?

The cabinets were just an example to show that it does not necessarily have to be cheaper than with a Nolte/Nobilia kitchen, etc. I did exaggerate a bit with the plinth, that's true.

So we went to 3 kitchen suppliers and had the same kitchen planned 3 times. Result 25-32k. Now Ikea however WITHOUT installation including our appliances and our quartz countertop in almost the same look 14.5k. So the others don’t even come close. Sorry but I don’t know anyone who gets a Nolte/Nobilia cheaper than with Ikea.

You’re unfortunately comparing apples to oranges. Kitchen X all-inclusive (which manufacturers at all?) vs Ikea without X, without Y, and Z visually similar. Melamine resin in wood look also has almost the same appearance as real wood. So a 32k kitchen should be clearly above Ikea in all areas and therefore any comparison falls short.

Well, it does have its target audience. I haven't seen an Ikea kitchen with a Dekton countertop and the most expensive Miele appliances yet. Usually, there is then also a somewhat higher standard for the wood and the fronts.
