That depends on individual needs, just like the necessary workspace. How large is your sink currently? Is it too small for you? Is the 60 cm domsjö already bigger and would that be a sufficient improvement?

No, the sink is not too small. I just don’t have any more draining space. But I think that’s manageable.

I haven’t either. What I don’t put in the dishwasher, I dry immediately. If necessary, I have a tray as a draining surface or simply put a dish towel on the countertop. And the best part is, I no longer have to clean a draining mat, which I always found annoying.

Do you mean 40-80 (cooktop)-80 is better than 60-80 (cooktop)-60? With my current layout, two people can work at the two 60s. With 40 it gets tight, and the 80 for two people is also tight.

How as two? Isn't one sitting with feet up in front of the TV while the other works? In general, the best is adapted to personal needs.

Distance from back wall to window sill is about 90cm.

The sanitary connection is 140cm from the left wall towards the door.
It would be desirable to leave the sanitary connections as they are.
I am concerned that the sink urgently needs to be at a height of 140cm or can the water and wastewater connections be placed behind the base cabinet?
In my last drawing, the connections are directly at the right edge of the cooktop, so my drawing is probably already wrong because the pipes cannot be routed behind it.
