Hello Heiko,

I do think you will manage with the bathroom planner.

Just try searching on Aunt Google for "Online bathroom planner". Quite high up you will then find a bathroom planner from Austria (.at).

I played around with that one for a long time until our bathroom was finally set and also now made the "draft" for your guest bathroom.

Have fun "playing"...

However, I am not from the construction industry; I professionally deal more with money and securities.

In which part of BW do you want to build?

Regards,

Dirk

The bathroom upstairs is really going to be a problem. Are you building with a developer or planning on your own? Can't the roof be turned so that the roof slope is at the front and back instead of on the sides? I find it a bit impractical with the layout if the gable side is at the entrance.

I might have an idea for the bathroom, but it will affect the cost of child 1:
pull the children's room wall straight and put the bathroom entrance to the side behind the stairs. Then you can place the bathtub under the roof slope, a shower can go in the niche where the bathroom door is now, the sink on the wall by the stairs, and the toilet in front of the shower – that should still be high enough to stand comfortably.
And in the resulting niche between the bathroom and the child's room, you can make a small storage closet for toilet paper and cleaning supplies.

Or you take the planner from a very well-known bathroom and porcelain manufacturer, which you can also view in 3-D.

This is how I mean the bathroom upstairs. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the exact measurements, so it's just an estimate, but it could fit.

Manu's bathroom doesn't look bad.
However, due to the sloping roof, it could get a bit tight above the bathtub.
Therefore, in this design, I would rather place the bathtub as a "corner installation" directly next to the door or next to the window.
: The idea of rotating the roof is not bad, but it is relatively difficult to implement in a semi-detached house.
