Yes, we have to stack the boxes under the stairs in the basement. We had thought about putting Staubi and co. in an extra large kitchen cabinet, I had already seen that one. We don’t get visitors often, you always think about later and want to be prepared for all eventualities, but you are right about the hotel...

I see room capacities changing in the depth of the living room, the size of the guest and children's rooms, but not in the cloakroom and kitchen situation. The idea from would be great if it weren't for the missing window. The bathroom on the upper floor is now the biggest problem. It is very difficult to furnish.

: The red circles? Sorry, I can only guess that they are water pipes. I'm absolutely not a handyman and unfortunately have zero knowledge. My own contribution will be limited to sweeping at the end and providing the workers with cola and "Weckle" (Weckle is Swabian .:))

Hello Heiko,

no, my last idea would also be feasible without a niche. It would be quite tight, but still bearable, I think. For some reason, I unfortunately can't rotate the door in the planner...

The size should correspond to your guest WC.

Dirk

I also suspect that the red lines represent the drainage (UNDER the floor slab). I would reconsider that, because you never get access to it again. It might not be possible to change that a discharge is close to the party wall, but I would at least try to lead the remaining pipes out from under the floor slab in the shortest possible way – or that’s how I thought it was prescribed. In our house, no pipe runs more than half a meter under the floor slab, so theoretically you could access any point from outside again.

Best regards

Hello Dirk,
you are great, thanks. Which "planner" do you use to make these own designs? Is that software something I could understand too? Tell me, are you all in the construction industry, or why does everyone here know so much about it?
