Dear forum community,
Our floor plan design is basically finished; only the arrangement of the sanitary fixtures in the bathroom is still giving us headaches. The dimensions of the room are basically final; we would rather not change them – theoretically, that would still be possible, but since it would throw the entire rest of the floor plan concept out of the window, we would actually like to avoid that. The window dimensions are the same: they should if possible no longer be changed, and the placement should also remain the same if possible. The right, larger window could easily be shifted a little to the left or right, but the smaller window “must” remain as it is (at most, if absolutely necessary, it could be removed altogether). This is due to the exterior view.
Unfortunately, I do not have a current plan from our graduate engineer (there were still a few changes to the windows that have to be incorporated), so I have recreated the bathroom myself. This is the current state of the planning:

If any further measurements are needed, please let me know.
Basically, we don’t find the arrangement so bad, but it still doesn’t make us completely happy. The bathroom is this big (13.51 m²), but there is still not enough space for a small bathroom cabinet for, e.g., towels. I placed a small cabinet next to the washbasin in the draft, but that will probably be too tight (because light switches and so on also have to go somewhere). Do you perhaps have any improvement suggestions or other ideas?
The first draft from our planner showed the following sanitary arrangement:

We were not so happy with this. We are fans of T- and L-solutions, but we think it has to fit the room as well. In our case, it didn’t fit. Above all, the toilet right next to the door was a no-go for us.
What is definitely desired is a large shower (does not have to be open, so also gladly with a glass partition or similar, with at least 1.20 x 1.20 m or “elongated” with at least 1.00 x 1.40 m), as well as a double washbasin (preferably 160 cm wide). Toilet preferably slightly hidden, but that is not a must. The shape of the bathtub does not matter (so it doesn’t have to be a hexagonal tub).
Thank you in advance.
Regards, Lanini
