How to position Ubiquiti AP (nanoHD, or another?) in new construction

HI,

attached are two floor plans.....
In the new building, it is considered to mount the APs under the ceiling (for example, with AVM you would use the socket and LAN in the wall) and use PoE.

But where (and how many APs) do I place the APs?

My idea would be each centered on the floor. For example, on the ground floor basically "above the slanted door" in the hallway and on the upper floor roughly above it.

Is that enough? All other rooms should get at least one LAN double socket..... as WLAN only for smartphones, laptops, tablets, Alexa..

The access point from Ubiquiti you mentioned is very good, we have also installed APs from the same brand. If there are only two APs, I would mount one on the living room ceiling and the second on the ceiling of the hallway upstairs. If there can be a few more, then in each living area (EG: living room, bedroom OG: bedroom, child 1, child 2) Additionally, think about an access point for the outdoor area.

Outdoor area is in the "back of the mind"....

I rather have the problem inside the house

I wanted to avoid installing one in "every" room if it "works just as well" this way.... but of course, there can be more than just the two....

... before it's more of an estimate... and afterwards it would be too late (when you already live inside) :

Please operate with Ubiquity Key or something similar. I know many who don't know how to configure the access point and then have worthless access points hanging from the ceiling. I showed a neighbor that all devices always communicate with only one access point, the others had never been in contact. But he was also just fully enthusiastic about how great they are...

Ground floor in the living room to easily access the terrace.
Upper floor in the middle, for example in the hallway.

For the building dimensions, one per floor should be sufficient, unless 5 GHz coverage is expected everywhere.

The controller software would be installed on a (already existing) server that runs 24/7
