Would you actually like to present your project using black boxes with no more "details" than the exterior dimensions of their footprints?why involve a lawyer? Where does the development plan state that only 1 main building and 1 ancillary building are allowed?

However, I need/want to create more space in the form of enclosed parking/storage space. Of course without causing conflicts with the neighbors.
