How to place buildings? House Terrace Garage Workshop

With this proposal, only the terrace is problematic, it should be oriented to the south/west?!

Don't think of just one terrace. One directly at the house and one further in the garden. We have many places to sit down on our property. Depending on mood and desire, sunny or shady, in the center or off to the side, for socializing or relaxing or working, with a table or without. For sitting, lazing, lying down, or in the water. Outdoor areas are meant for people, aren't they?
