How much setback from the boundary for a house on a slope? (BW)

Exactly, a parapet is not explicitly required, which is why I also brought up the point about a roof edge finish. That would probably have the lowest build height. Is it possible to green such an edge finish, or is a parapet necessary for that? Because according to the development plan, the flat roofs are supposed to be greened.

So, it should look good, the house? What does it look like if you see a slanted ceiling up there? . . If you omit an attic, I would make the slope towards the back so that nothing is visible from the front facade. I only know flat roofs, whether with a 3 or 5 slope, only with an attic. So sorry.

I said nothing against a parapet, but merely that such a parapet does not have to have a horizontal top edge. I would let it rise linearly. Of course, greening also needs height (which I would then measure at the grass root).

That’s exactly the point... I don’t know what something like that would look like.
Especially since it still has to be greened and a photovoltaic system mounted additionally. That’s mandatory in BW.
But I understand what you mean. From the outside, it would then look like a very flat gable roof.
By running towards the back you mean towards the garden. And in your case, the attic wall would drop off to the same extent. In other words, in the end you would have a wall 55 cm higher on the street side with a 5% slope and 11 m length.

I paid attention earlier in our area (half of the residential area consists of Bauhaus-style houses): the edge is perfectly straight everywhere. Here is an aerial photo:

The parapet is everywhere at the same height level as the house or building structure. Inside, the roof with the photovoltaic elements

No ... ... not like a gable roof, but like a diagonal shed roof, hardly adding any height.
