Exactly, we have 240m2 of living space (of which 160m2 with underfloor heating) and around 130m2 in the basement (home cinema, gym, playroom for the children, bar, etc). These rooms in the basement are not fully heated (usually around 18-19°), but it still adds up. In total, we have (in addition to the 160m2 underfloor heating) 21 radiators distributed throughout the house.

Is it planned to replace the radiators with underfloor heating during the renovation? The expected new heating load would also have to have been calculated during the planning; what was the result?

If the radiators remain, I would not choose a heat pump.

What will pellets probably cost in 10 years if now everyone who cannot or does not want to insulate properly replaces their oil heaters with pellet boilers?
