The 150,000 € are supposed to cover the house alone. However, the incidental construction costs were not planned, now I know how unrealistic the whole project is. The budget should include interior furnishings including kitchen but excluding carport / outdoor area.
Rather 1 child, and towards a small room, plus a guest room
Do I understand correctly? You want a house for 150,000 € including incidental construction costs and move-in ready (so floors and painting) and kitchen?
And that also with 4 rooms and a utility room?
If we deduct 2,000 € for the kitchen (I just saw an offer in the furniture brochure); that leaves 148,000 €; minus 35-40,000 € incidental construction costs. Let’s be optimistic and say it’s only 35,000 €, that leaves 113,000 €.
There are partly very cheap builders here, they manage the sqm for 1500 €. Then you would have 75 sqm; I would rather estimate 1750 €; then it’s only 65 sqm. In Japan 65 sqm would work well; with us that’s rather difficult.
Do you have a tip on how to implement projects? winnetou78 or do you sarcastically join the majority? :)
You realize yourself that it’s still far too naive, right? The only help is to organize more money. Or a bargain house / leftover farm.
