How many square meters are possible for KFW40 turnkey with a budget of 150,000€?

The 150k€ are supposed to cover just the house. The additional construction costs were not planned, but now I know how unrealistic the whole project is. In the budget, the interior furnishings including the kitchen should be included, excluding carport / outdoor facilities.

(Just to be sure) I just find it terrible that "the market" can't (or doesn't want to) establish a uniform standard term. For one person turnkey means X, for another Y, for someone else it doesn't even exist, and another means something else. It is deliberately made difficult to compare apples to apples. I find that really cheeky. But well. I don't really have to deal with it. Sorry for venting

All Inclusive is not the same everywhere either. They are marketing terms.

Tip: Kitchen is a piece of furniture and should be excluded, so it should not be included in the construction sum.
