Regarding kfw40 plus, I had seen a table that stated: KFW 55 causes 5% additional costs, kfw 40 causes 10% additional costs, 40+ causes 15% additional costs. My mistake was, of course, that the table assumes a price of 300,000-400,000. The goal was to build once and save annually.

The 150T€ is supposed to cover the house alone. Ancillary building costs were not planned, but now I know how unrealistic the whole project is. The budget should include interior furnishings including kitchen excluding Carport / outdoor area.
Rather 1 child, and towards a small room, additionally a guest room.
