We also have the normal one with a cable. We changed the roller once after almost 1 year. After the original cleaning agent (was included), we have been using regular floor cleaners (Mr. Clean, Frosch, etc.). I haven't noticed any difference...

We have an iRobot vacuum that runs every day. From time to time, I vacuum with the regular vacuum cleaner because it doesn’t reach everywhere. Dyson handheld vacuum for, for example, stairs; for regular vacuuming, I don’t find it that good. Tiles are cleaned with the steam cleaner (Diavolo: expensive, but the one with the most pressure), which is super easy. Parquet is cleaned with parquet cleaner using a kind of mop that you can wring out in a bucket.

A few people here have Dyson cordless vacuum cleaners.

With my partner, the vacuum (should be a V6) already gives up/sucks poorly again after just one use because the cyclone filter thingy (that purple part with the many tubes) is clogged. So not the filter that, according to the instructions, should be cleaned regularly (which would be okay, you can just pull it out easily), but the nested plastic housing parts that you have to open with a screwdriver and force to get to all the tubes.

So the thing is painstakingly taken apart, larger pieces are pulled out of the tubes with tweezers, and then everything is blown through with a compressor. And they say, "That's just how it is."
But I can't imagine that and actually don't find similar complaints on the internet.

Does anyone know the problem?
Otherwise, I would be enthusiastic about the device, because the suction power is great when freshly cleaned, but this effort can't be normal.

No, just normal crumbs, dust, hair, whatever usually accumulates.

Bought a Rowenta cordless vacuum cleaner because we could not notice any significant difference compared to the much more expensive Dyson. Bagless cyclonic vacuums are, of course, somewhat more complicated to clean, but I have not yet noticed any significant loss of suction power. Could it be that a filter part was lost during one procedure?
