These women do not exist here. Years ago I tried to find a cleaning lady. No chance privately. You can post ads, nobody responds. Then got someone through a company, who only dusted where you could see it directly, and then knocked over a vase. I gave up. At some point Robby was allowed to help, but unfortunately he does not get along with our furs. So he can only vacuum a few rooms.

What exactly does this have to do with the discussion about how to clean your floor?

That's true. There are hardly any. Pearls are rare. But then I'll do it myself. I've got two right hands. I basically don't buy unnecessary devices for even more expensive money. Devices are not 100%. Overall, they tend to be no better than satisfactory or adequate.

I wipe damp (not wet) and then dry with a microfiber cloth over the scrubber. Unfortunately, no technical wiping aid produces a similarly good result. Unfortunately(!), we have Nero Assoluto as the floor covering in the bathroom in a glossy finish – I would never do it that way myself. That is the final boss. But manageable with the above-mentioned approach.

You are right about the latter. But I find them great as a supplement. Having the hallway vacuumed regularly by a robot vacuum prevents carrying sand from outside through the entire apartment first. Especially when the grandchildren are here, it is a help. Those things aren't that expensive anymore; for me, it's worth it.

And you have tested them all? The big advantage is that they clean while everyone is at work, and thanks to the photovoltaic system, electricity from the roof is also used. They don't cost a fortune to purchase either.
