It doesn't happen with us. I just find that it doesn't have as much power with the floor nozzle. I have to go over larger chunks/crumbs/etc. several times before they get sucked up.
No, just normal crumbs, dust, hair, whatever accumulates.
that shouldn't be. The airflow already enters the container in the cyclone, and coarse particles are immediately separated and don't rise further. The ones above are the cyclones for finer dust. Coarse stuff shouldn't get in there.

There is also a tuning video on YouTube where the motorized brush is modified to improve suction... but it clogs quite quickly with big stuff, so it's probably a double-edged idea...
