It even works with 24 cm aerated concrete

Aerated concrete and autoclaved aerated concrete are the same. Imagine you are making cement stones and are inspired by yeast dough.

Red and white are available with the same insulation values (lambda), usually 0.09 up to expensive 0.07. With both, you can build a normal Energy Saving Ordinance house using 0.09 and 36.5 cm.

Precast concrete and bricks both have their advantages and disadvantages. Both have their justification, just like timber framing, solid wood, and whatever else there is... In my opinion, many things are simply a matter of belief...

At the moment, however, I would be more interested in suggestions / comments / improvements regarding the floor plan than a material discussion.

I have difficulty with floor plans shown without windows. I find the castle walls disproportionately consuming space for this house size, I would downgrade them to at least 42.5 cm.

In the upper floor/attic, the thick bathroom wall will be challenging if it is supposed to be solid. How high is the knee wall supposed to be? (> standing height, among other things in the bathtub, at the toilet, around the bed, ...). Regarding the lower bathroom, I already said that it reminds me of pull-toilets or motorhome wet cells.

I tinkered with an alternative idea for the ground floor, where the reception area could be added to the ground floor with a sliding wall...

It's not fully developed, and there is no upper floor included. It's really just a spontaneous idea that I want to put up for discussion...
