House placement on a small 448m² plot

Hello everyone,

I am currently planning a single-family house with a double garage on a small 448m² plot. Tips and suggestions regarding the placement of the house and the double garage would be helpful.
-House approx. 10x8.5, although the exterior dimensions may still change
-Double garage 7x7m
-No slope or 0.5m gradient from west to east
-2 full floors
-Gable roof
-With a basement and light wells desired
-The plans of the southern neighbor are included in the drawings. Those of the western neighbor do not yet exist.

It is plot no. 7. Files 01 and 02 contain rough placements I have considered so far.
The other files (03) show the plot, but the house and garage are not placed. I can also send an SVG file in which the house and garage can simply be moved. I am still very uncertain about the placement and would appreciate suggestions very much. Thanks in advance

Where are the cardinal directions? What do you need a 7x7m garage for? Would significantly reduce the garage to still have a decent garden left at all

Yes, north is up.
A double garage should not be smaller than 6x6m, though.

Small plot, large garage - I also see that critically. What is the floor area ratio anyway? And building beyond the building boundary is probably not allowed either. I also don't see an easy option for a special permit. Two-story construction is specified? That will be quite tight...

The floor area ratio is 0.3 The placement is only rough, so it is possible that parts in the sketch extend beyond the property boundary
