4.48... now I see it too... there are smaller measurements, but it shouldn’t be smaller. Maybe for a final plan, an orientation dimension for this shaft could be drawn? Then adjust the wall accordingly. You could also let the shaft extend a bit into the living room, about 30 cm - then a kind of niche will form at the wall where shelves can be installed.
I think the fireplace is good like this - slightly turned towards the seating area... I find it a bit unfortunate that the fireplace cannot be seen from the kitchen.
