House construction costs - overview of actual costs

As understandable as your wish is, we have all been at this point, please trust us that this approach leads to nothing. These rules of thumb are like smoke and mirrors. If you then want to mix kitchen prices in there, it simply becomes absurd.

Hello everyone! Attached is our (additional) cost overview, that is everything except the house price. Furthermore, I have roughly broken down what costs may still arise, without any guarantee or completeness. In total, there were over 200 entries in the list.

What kind of garage/carport is that?

Kemmler single garage, prefabricated garage (concrete) including electric sectional door. Carport is a "real" carpenter-made carport including foundations. The wooden beams have been calculated accordingly by the structural engineer, so not a carport from the DIY store ...
