I would also be interested in what was included for this house price. Can you send the construction service description or put it online? We did not pay much more, but I can hardly imagine going any lower.
Thanks! I think you can see very well, especially with the additional costs, that it’s not so important to estimate every single item exactly in advance -- the total amount is usually correct, even if there are individual outliers.
Regarding the painting work, surely everyone here (myself included) would have told you that this wouldn’t be enough. Nice confirmation!
I suspect the notary fees were estimated at 1% of the purchase price, but the registration of the land charge had a higher value and thus higher costs. Correct?
The price for the house is great though. Where is the house located? How are the construction period interest rates determined?
The house is located in Lower Saxony. The construction period interest rates result from the interest payments on the respective loan amounts drawn during the construction period plus the commitment interest, which we unfortunately had to pay for part of our loan after 6 months. Since we had to pay for the first half of the plot quite early, this could not be avoided.
Hello guys, can you tell me exactly what you paid per square meter, finished and ready?
All inclusive.
But without land and exterior area!
Preferably medium equipment and bungalow, but also for others please.
I am supposed to pay 2,000 euros per square meter in Schleswig-Holstein.
All-inclusive calculated. (kitchen, floors, painter) I find that quite a lot, but I am not an expert either. Thanks as well.
So you paid a little more than 1900 euros per sqm pure house costs.
Okay, here everyone always talks about 1500-1600, I can't imagine that it will add up in the end.
