Yes, you are right

But in my case, I have an offer that is not turnkey but ready to move in!

So just move in.

Incl. kitchen, wooden floors, plastering and painting work, cabinets in the utility room and a built-in wardrobe in the bedroom.

This term is just as undefined as "turnkey." Our house was also ready for occupancy, yet the same work was required as in all previously ready-for-occupancy rental apartments: - cleaning - bringing in furniture (including kitchen) and assembling it (including kitchen) - connecting lights What comes after that, I count as "living." Under no circumstances should costs for the kitchen be included in the house price. Those are two different things.

For us, a very interesting overview as our planning for the construction this year is very, very similar - thank you very much for sharing.

Planned and applied for are 150 sqm in solid construction.
Land purchase, notary, land register, mortgage, etc. are done - building application submitted at the end of December.
Construction start planned for February/March depending on the weather in Lower Saxony.

The land cost 94, the first 12 for incidental costs are gone.
Further planned are:
House 230
additional incidental costs 15
outdoor facilities 15
extras 10

This makes a total of 376,000€.

Everything beyond that, such as kitchen, furniture, and further extras, must be paid from additional equity or postponed.

I am curious how close we will get to the plan. Since we keep a similar list, I can gladly compare it side by side over the next few months.

Good, if I remove the kitchens (2 pcs), the square meter no longer costs 2,000 euros but 1,875 euros. That was not what I meant. I want to be able to estimate, through the information of what other finished houses have cost, whether my builder is reasonably priced. That's why I need prices including everything, also kitchen.

But now you want to compare apples and oranges! If my colleague has to do a soil replacement 10 km further away and also insists on having textured wallpaper as well as the Sonnhofer panels installed, I simply can’t keep up with my designer kitchen, and the same Viebrockhaus costs him 80,000 more than mine (if I had one). Besides, no builder (BU) has anything to do with kitchen equipment.
