House Construction Cost Estimation - Does this fit?

It is planned to be built in Bavaria (rural).

Two full floors = 200 sqm
Double garage = 60 sqm
Fully basemented
Gas heating
Medium equipment
Wood-burning stove
...
Basement
...

Bavaria is expensive, I don’t know if currently 3K per sqm is sufficient with medium equipment.

200 sqm * 3000€ = 600K
Basement = 150K
Wood-burning stove from 2.5 - 40K
Double garage 40K
Additional building costs + buffer = 150K
~ 950K

Outdoor facilities as well as extra costs with hillside location etc. are not included!
What is medium equipment? Does that already include smart home, parquet floor, or similar?
Is the kitchen included in the house price? (some calculate it like that...)

I hope the architect honestly told you costs of about 1 million
(and that number also shocks me right now, but is it unrealistic because of that?)

... look, while I was writing this more numbers came in ... and how far apart they drift ;-)
Regarding gas, I have no more ideas, isn’t that currently forbidden o_O :eek: :D

P.S. I would have calculated T€ 3 for the living area and T€ 100 for the basement + T€ 50 flat rate incidental construction costs + T€ 50-70 for the double garage. Outdoor facilities etc. on top ==> so T€ 800 + outdoor facilities Fits well with the "sister-in-law" in the other thread.

If you're looking for inspiration for a financing amount, it would also be good to know if the [Grundstück] already exists and what it costs / could cost.

Who came up with the ridiculous idea of a gas heating system?

I see that the garage is also to be basemented.
