I never understood the thing with the extra toilet on the sleeping floor anyway. It's not like there aren't already toilets in the [EG] and the basement in the house that you can use if two people need to go at the same time during the night. But of course, this way you can fill 200sqm and end up with rooms that feel more like 140sqm ;)

So from southern BaWü (also rural) I can realistically recommend 3000€nt for a good standard.
Additional areas (garage) are about 2000€nt.

Additional construction costs are a pig in a poke.
For us, about 60k€ were estimated and now we had to pay 38k€ just for fresh and wastewater. Our plot is located in an urban area!
These costs are really hard to estimate.
Our garage is about 54m2 and the shell construction alone is already about 70k€.
So you can easily calculate 100k€ including gates, plaster, sealing etc. etc.

Your project is very generous. That includes corresponding bathrooms, flush doors, wooden floors, good lighting, smart home!?, and suddenly a project like yours amounts to 1 million €.

We come out at about 915k€bt without land. 155m2 living area including the aforementioned garage.
No outdoor facility is currently planned.

Omg are those prices …. The neighbor was informed by the house builder on inquiry that her house ( I estimate about 170 sqm plus basement ) would now cost 200K more …. Helpppp

If you look more closely, you can see tons of details… the house doesn’t even have an office or guest room, just way too much storage space. Plenty of evil mother-in-laws could fit in there ;)

I almost would have guessed it was the same OP

No no, for the dreamer of the 240m² dump this would actually be public housing. Besides, the massive space-consuming heating is missing, for which the basement has to be built...

Maybe an SMR in the basement? (Small Modular Reactor = mini nuclear power plant)
