When I read something like that, it makes me want to puke.

Furthermore, I believe that this is complete nonsense. If someone comes to check (random samples), heads will roll because the calculation does not correspond to the execution.

now, now, this is certainly not about subsidy fraud, I would agree with you on that...

This happens when the market is overregulated by our ambitious politics (lobby).

No, it's just nonsense. Why buy a heat pump (6-10K EUR) just to have it on paper?

And whether it's subsidy fraud or not, fortunately, I don't have to decide.

Amid all understandable resentment – why do you get more upset about this than the reasoning behind it? Every single-family house built with KfW funds is checked after the work is completed. That means the builders receive mail from the KfW. It must be confirmed by the expert/energy specialist, based on delivery notes to be submitted, that the KfW "x" was actually achieved. What do you think, how many experts/energy consultants deliberately jeopardize their job/performance? Exactly – and the small remainder is regulated by the market all by itself. And honestly? Builders who engage in this kind of fraud don’t deserve anything better than to be punished!

Bauexperte I don't read anything about KfW funds or energy-efficient houses. So it remains pure speculation. Maybe the person is just trying to meet the current energy saving ordinance.

Hello Marcus,

All good!

I was referring to Benjamin, who is upset about post #28. The construction project described there by the neighbor leaves no other conclusion than that KfW 70 must be achieved, but for cost reasons they revert to gas without further measures and want to set up a dummy air-water heat pump as an "alibi."

This will be noticed sooner or later; that’s why I want to spare Benjamin the stomach ache ;)

Rhenish greetings
