No idea where you got the fan heater from, there are also modern solutions. Everyone can do as they please. You can also simply increase the heat pump or switch on a water heater with a high temperature.

Low hot water temperatures with heat pumps have advantages and disadvantages. I mention both and hope I was able to help the questioner.

Take a look here, it was even in this thread...

Do you only wash pans effectively if you scald your hand in the process?

In fact, the washing result hardly differs whether you use hot or cold water. The detergent does the work. It's a mental thing.

Water must be hot, otherwise it doesn't clean. Pills must be bitter, otherwise they don't work. Things must cost a lot of money, otherwise they're no good ...

Hi, I’m just jumping in quickly because something seems strange with my HT/NT meter...
A brief timeline:
20.09.2019 Installation of the two meters (heat pump and household electricity) 0 kWh
26.09.2019 Move-in
26.10.2019 Electricity provider change 90 kWh HT, 90 kWh NT, 220 kWh household
So, I already found it strange here that HT and NT are exactly the same. I called the grid operator and they said something along the lines that maybe the supplier doesn’t have different tariffs and only counts one value. (So consumption 90 kWh)
17.11.2019 266 kWh HT, 266 kWh
05.12.2019 I received mail from the basic supplier. I have to pay double instead of 90 kWh, so 180 kWh.
I looked at the HT/NT values, apparently they have been different since my last reading. 313 kWh HT and 397 kWh NT.

Has something gone wrong here? Could it be that the meter counted incorrectly, or were basically 50% of the consumption “booked” to HT and 50% to NT?

Congratulations. Most heat pump owners dream of that, it is already very close to the possible limit. However, 43 degrees hot water is not an option, comfort takes precedence over consumption. However, are you sure that January and March are the same? I think I have double your consumption. However, I heat 70 m2 more but that doesn’t make much difference.

Until 10 a.m. it’s even only 42. Due to the 2-degree hysteresis, that means up to 44/45 degrees. But I would never give up comfort. That’s why also 24 degrees in the bathroom, without an extra fan, all the time.

So far, the 43 degrees haven’t caused us any loss of comfort. When I bathe, the water is 41 degrees, that’s the hottest I can tolerate. We shower with 39 degrees, even after bathing, without any issues of not having enough warm water. Our THZ 504 has a 230-liter hot water tank, which has been sufficient so far. Since there is a lot of movement in it, I have no concerns about legionella.

Most of the washing up goes into the dishwasher. Pans in the sink, even there 43 degrees is already too hot for me, but everything still gets clean without much effort.

Yes, the numbers are almost identical for Jan-March, we didn’t really have many cold days here in the north near Bremen. And the few cold days were spread out. A night with -10 degrees and a day below 0 also really hits hard, then about 38 kWh of electricity go through. Since our daughter was born in mid-January, it’s also possible that I read the consumption a day later.
