The consumption energy certificate states a final energy consumption of 51 kWh/m2a, but even in that, these approximately 13000 kWh per year are listed over the past years.13500 is of course a significant figure, but not entirely unrealistic. If nothing about the house has been energetically renovated, 200 kWh/m²*a is a realistic value. That makes 200 kWh/m²*a x 200 m² x 1 year = 40000 kWh. Annual performance factor = 40000/13500 = 3.0 <- not unrealistic for an uninsulated old building either.
