13500 is of course a significant figure, but not entirely unrealistic. If nothing about the house has been energetically renovated, 200 kWh/m²*a is a realistic value. That makes 200 kWh/m²*a x 200 m² x 1 year = 40000 kWh. Annual performance factor = 40000/13500 = 3.0 <- not unrealistic for an uninsulated old building either.

The consumption energy certificate states a final energy consumption of 51 kWh/m2a, but even in that, these approximately 13000 kWh per year are listed over the past years.

The heat demand for an unrenovated 1980s solid house is approximately 200 kWh/m²a. A heat pump, however, produces more kWh of heat from one kWh of electricity.

Hello everyone, I don't think the idea of a comparison is bad at all. If as many people as possible enter their data here as accurately as possible, eventually you will find a comparable house with comparable conditions. For us (2 people, always at home) it looks like this:

KFW allegedly 40, building is 720 m above sea level
heated area 150 m2, underfloor heating
all rooms 22 °C
air-to-water heat pump with decentralized controlled residential ventilation
hot water temperature 50 °C from October to March, otherwise 65 °C to play with the photovoltaic, fireplace heated for 8 days.
The numbers are the total consumption of the heat pump including heating rod and including cooling in June, July and August (with photovoltaic). Move-in was in autumn 2018.
