I think you also have to consider that it is a prefabricated house, which tend to be closer to the lower end of the scale.

It's even 248m2, and the ceiling height also plays a role; we have 245 in the basement, 265 on the ground floor, and 255 upstairs.

currently it was 75 euros per month with the heat pump tariff from e-wie einfach.

I calculate with 5,000 kWh, pay 22 cents which makes €1,100 or around €90 per month. So gas heating systems are definitely more efficient than these electric heating systems.

Nope, a completely different area, 22-23°C in the rooms and yes, about 20 times a year the fireplace is on.

By the way, in the htd you can find plenty of people in such comparison threads who boast about their kfw55 or sometimes 70 houses using only 1000-1500 kWh... So that only helps to drive yourself crazy.

You can't see where you live, so roughly where if you don't mind saying? What does the srm cost for you, these costs should be included, with 20x per year it will probably be around 200-300€. We also expected significantly less, but you must not forget the heated area is large.

Just read off the meter: Exactly 2 years in the house, heat pump has consumed 3250 kwh (hot water plus heating), which means 1625 kwh per year. At our electricity price of 0.27c/kwh, that is about €36.5 per month. No heat pump tariff, because despite the cheaper electricity price, it would be more expensive due to the additional meter.

For the conditions here, I also have a smaller house with about 160 sqm, plus trench collector, meaning geothermal energy, plus controlled residential ventilation.

Edit: I expect it will go down a bit since the initial period in the house requires a bit more energy for "dry" heating.
