It's not that bad. After all, it's a large room; only the OP needs to provide much more detailed information so that targeted suggestions can be made for this room.

The floor plan looks familiar to me. Have you posted something like this before? Renovation of an old building, right? I find the floor plan very difficult to furnish, especially since the bedrooms are adjacent.

Living area towards the bedroom
Kitchen/dining area towards the terrace

Do you really think so?
A 90 sqm apartment that
- has no hallway to the individual rooms and
- requires going through the living room every time to get to the bathroom
- has the bathroom/shower directly in the living room
- has an open space without any wall surface for furniture
- etc.

Is a no-go for me in terms of rental/sale or, in my opinion, not exactly optimal for the person living in it, to put it very mildly.

If this floor plan is not torn apart, no one needs to comment on other floor plans that have far fewer flaws.

With that, as a non-floor-plan expert, I'm out of the thread again.

Here are 2 suggestions.

Here the door to the pantry can be moved, then furniture can be placed along the wall.

Yes, he is not handsome, I fully agree with you. For example, I would also do the bedroom quite differently.

But when the circumstances are like this, you have to see what you can make of it. However, to even get started, there is simply too little information.

For example, the question of whether anything can still be changed on the other walls or room accesses, whether the window positions are still variable, and so on.

And now I have taken a look. Yes, almost a year ago there was already . For instance, the approach for the bedroom was even better there.

And the approach by for the 3 rooms at the top of the plan is even better.

The house has already been discussed here

At least, one should first separate the bedrooms and the bathroom from the living area to ensure privacy is maintained
