Hello Nordanney, yes, we do have an architect; we came to the floor plan drawn at the entrance with him, of course our ideas were included, the very first draft looked like this on the ground floor, from which the rest then developed.

Could you also have one created with 2 rooms?

Regards, Philipp

Here is another variant. Bedroom with dressing room or with room divider where the TV will be mounted. Larger window, of course.

As a food for thought, but at least sufficient. Maybe you can also find inspiration on the internet from floor plans of semi-detached houses. It is also the classic that the entrance is located as it is with you.

Question: Why do there have to be two rooms downstairs?

Or so.
Washing machine and dryer then stacked on top of each other.

Hello Nordanney, we can use the ground floor and the upper floor (due to the space). We are 2 adults, 3 children, my mother-in-law from abroad visits us once a year for 3 months and we also work a lot from home = 3 children's rooms, 1 master bedroom, 1 guest room, 1 office, 1 family bathroom, 1 guest bathroom.
We currently have 3 children's rooms, 1 master bedroom, and a family bathroom on the upper floor, so we need 2 rooms on the ground floor. Or do you think we could also fit the office on the upper floor?
Here is the current status of the floor plan of the upper floor:
