I see myself – thanks to such "constructive" posts – increasingly confirmed that posting floor plan drafts seems to trigger only one thing in some people: wasting their meaningless lives with unconstructive babble in.....
I don't think the floor plan is that bad, it reminds me of my wife and the first plan. Everything a bit bigger, a little more everywhere for the parents. Your personal wishes are important. I don't want to address the budget, everyone has to decide that for themselves. If necessary, you finance more later or just don't have a garage or something similar. Important to know would be where north is ? !?!?! ? We later wrote down what was important to us - kids south - parents south - kitchen facing garden - dining room facing garden - terrace south - ground floor bathroom near the planned sauna With that, we then went into the planning. And only (!) 8 months later and about 80 floor plans later (of which I would have approved at least 10) we are now satisfied. The parents' bedroom is not in the south (now east) but that had less priority. Kids spend more time in the room, parents are there in the morning and evening. Maybe I could help you. Take your time. Use Sweethome 3D, use floorplanner.com. And look at a lot of house floor plans and photos. Regards Red PS: just a small thing, but I really don't like the uncovered passage from the garage to the house at all. I would even try to build a wall there and make the entrance in the intermediate area.
