Please stop that - someone here is looking for help and advice ... not your nastiness. Ps: here is my example: ( is also right here, 50sqm are good : )

Has nothing to do with being malicious. He was offered help by being told that there is not enough storage space. He responded that it is not needed. I did not emphasize anything else, so everything is fine :)

A house must function independently. It can also happen that it no longer suits you and is sold, or that the parents change at some point. Don't think about living at your parents' home and think like an adult. This is how the house won't work without some kind of storage "hotel" for useful stuff anyway. And as I said: the children's rooms are too small. And don't come now with the excuse that your childhood room wasn't bigger. Apparently, you grew up in a house where there was enough space for the other junk that wouldn't fit in a child's room ;)

I share the budget concerns. We also did heating + plumbing entirely ourselves, I paid very close attention to the prices, but some costs are simply unavoidable, which I don't think has been adequately considered here.

Regarding the floor plan: The bathroom feels like a hall, it’s impractically large. We also have an en-suite, great thing and I wouldn’t want to miss it anymore, but plan it more practically, what do you want to do in the middle, dance?

Is the plan oriented to the north?

And yes, also here: you can never have enough storage space/utility rooms...

The floor space is clearly too small (especially with children). Maybe it helps if you hear that more often. The parents' house can also disappear (sale, the parents won't live forever either). The children's rooms are too small for this house. They should be at least 15 sqm. Are you planning for 2 children? Then I would generally miss another room (even a small one) for office stuff or other things behind which you like to close a door sometimes. With the size of the house, that should actually be possible. The master bathroom is too big and therefore also uncomfortable. I would make the walk-in closet accessible from the hallway and separate it from the bedroom (sliding door). I don't like the entire arrangement of master bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom anyway. Everyone who comes out of the bathroom inevitably goes through the master bedroom. That is impractical and annoying. Living/dining/kitchen are really large. I actually like that (ours will be about 68 sqm too, but our living room is somewhat separated/offset), but you need to see how it is cleverly divided/zoned so that it doesn't just look like one big hall.

As a damn Prussian, I naturally say that the house seems a bit too Bavarian to me, but that's how it belongs here.

In relation to the living hall, I find the kitchen and pantry somewhat small, and also the bathroom hall very ample.

In terms of dimension and proportion, your sense probably needs a bit more practice, but the concept seems clear in principle.

I'll say, play around a little more, the direction is not wrong. So come up with a significantly different alternative and then work out the next steps by comparing the two.
