It is probably meant EPS WLG 032.

Who knows what happened to the heights from forgetting the insulation under the floor slab
If the calculation worked out that the room height is still correct, one can only guess now...

The expert is still missing at this house.

Hi,

maybe "a lot" helps "a lot". Therefore, I am writing a repetition: A client-commissioned and paid expert is missing on this construction site."
Alternatively: Do not go to the construction site anymore - only when it is finished.

Unfortunately, we are not as fast with our execution of the commissions as you are guessing here on the internet:

We have an appointment with the lawyer on Monday. A friend who is an architect looked at the construction site with us yesterday and uncovered further defects, which we also documented. Today I will meet again with a friend who comes from the construction sector and has already organized a few buildings. We will take the findings from this meeting to the lawyer (together with those that the developer himself has already disclosed and the obvious ones....)

The lawyer will then define all further steps (e.g., also the commissioning of an expert).
The developer himself has also engaged an expert to put pressure on the contractor. The contractor, in turn, has also announced legal steps, as our developer has largely stopped payments due to the same defects at a total of 4 construction sites.

The floor slab announced for Friday (and originally for week 20) was not delivered, which was also announced on Thursday by the contractor, because there is the aforementioned dispute between the contractor and the developer.

Then you have taken the right steps. My condolences for the messed-up construction.

Is there a developer? - I must have overlooked that in #23 - then you are only the buyer and have no say at the construction site yet ...

... nevertheless, I want to make it clear to them early on that I do not accept this defect... Meanwhile, the insolvency of the construction company (a GmbH) is now an issue ...
