Apparently, the expert sees it differently... I will probably have to be patient until he is back from vacation.

Thank you, I was already able to see that the insolvency proceedings have been initiated (so not just the preliminary ones).

We have commissioned a law firm that has both a construction lawyer and an insolvency lawyer. Both have already worked for us.

How does he justify that, and what damages does he expect?

Unfortunately, I have not been able to speak to him himself yet, but to an architect who has looked at the case and the report.

Because the base is "open," moisture can allegedly enter the masonry and thereby increase the risk of mold growth. This architect could not support further construction without removing the clinker and the floor slab...
