Floor plans (Frisian house) - Opinion wanted

We originally considered this because we liked a floor plan from Viebrockhaus so much. I think it was the Maxime 300. But we assume it is better to have the living room facing the garden instead of the street (play street in a village). In addition, the carport should be attached to the utility room, and then windows on the side make little sense, and for the living room it is actually great not to have windows on one wall.

Why? It’s much better to have the kitchen close to the terrace :)

And why put the garage on the prime side?
