Floor plans (Frisian house) - Opinion wanted

So the guests have to enter the guest bathroom from the outside through the window, we hope that’s why they never stay long with us and we quickly have peace again.

A bush is enough for that.

In our planning, both Friesian gables were 0 problem and we immediately knew which rooms should go there. I don't really find it "fixed" like that now....hm...

It is not about where which room goes, see my initial post, but about suggestions or improvements to our planned floor plans, especially regarding the bullet points I mentioned there.

You would put a kitchen door under the stairs?

No, most would place the kitchen by the terrace. Also give up the "only 1 window at the front quirk" and increase to 2 per side - as in your profile picture, by the way. Then it will also work with the neighbor, the WC, the wardrobe, and the niche under the stairs is no longer necessary so that the living room doesn’t have a kink in the look.
