Hello and thank you very much for the feedback! I agree about the office, of course. I had hoped it would work if you can let your gaze wander out the window. Besides, it is really meant to be a pure workspace, with a desk and a filing cabinet, nothing more. My experience with study rooms is that they are mostly misused as storage rooms and then eventually no one goes in there anymore because it is way too messy to work in. Most of the time we work on laptops in the living room anyway, only sometimes do I need peace and quiet. Still, the doubts are justified, I am also not yet sure. But I also don’t know where space could be cut. That brings us to the topic of the [HAR], which not only houses technology but also serves as a storage room (for items used frequently, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, drinks, etc., the rest in the attic) and for hanging laundry. We would actually prefer not to make it smaller. It really puzzles us how some manage without a basement, who then combine technology, storage, and laundry room in 5 sqm. Our assumption: The rest of the house is then quite full. Example laundry: Where would you hang laundry in the house if, in the extreme case, only a cupboard niche is available? I think it’s good when someone says “that simply won’t work,” it gives an opportunity to move away from one’s own idea and consider alternatives.
