Hm, you could also hang the TV on the back wall of a proper built-in cabinet and place the connection sockets in this back wall.
I would keep the shower where it is now – only the access to the shower I would move to the back towards the bathtub and attach the showerhead to the front wall facing the hallway.
A knee wall of 1.40 m should be sufficient – ours is that high as well.
Overall, I really like the floor plan.
I might still consider whether you make the sliding door from the kitchen to the dining area twice as large in order to both visually connect and separate the rooms.
However, on the ground floor (with the exception of the pantry and guest WC), we completely did without doors, as I am a big fan of open spaces.
