I see you are also planning a fireplace? Then the chimney is still missing. The staircase might be in the way, or it might take up space in your bedroom. Then your entrance to the bedroom would be exactly between the wardrobe and the chimney, making it quite tight.

Once again about the parking space: It could be realized in the bedroom. Needs to be considered

Windows and cooking area: The cooktop on the kitchen island will be moved as far as needed so that the window can be opened. According to the software, a distance of about 60 - 65cm should be maintained. Is this value correct from your perspective?

The bed in the bedroom is planned to be centered facing north.

In the kitchen, it would probably be much more practical to have a terrace door between the peninsula and the kitchen unit. That way, you don't always have to carry everything around the peninsula past the dining table onto the terrace.

If the staircase doesn't fit like that, it also affects the other rooms. The same goes for the position of the fireplace.

Have you calculated the 2m line in the upper floor? Is it still in the shower access area?

Fireplace: 100 points! In the previous version of the drawing, we had included the fireplace including the chimney. This is actually located on the wall to the master bedroom. Thank you, we need to come up with something.

The 2m line is still within the 42.5 wall. I have not calculated the value. Access to the shower should be possible without restrictions.

The location of the doors to the main living area would bother me a lot, because that's also where the beginning of the basement stairs would be. The confused visitor or even you yourself opens the door, wants to go to the guest toilet, and falls down the stairs into the basement... now I know why you're planning a party cellar.
But also always having to go around this wall... from the kitchen to the hallway wouldn't be my thing.
If the stairs are extended, there is no longer space for a door.
The basement stairs at the bottom run into a wall, at the top there will be congestion – you are 4! people and are planning a 2?-sqm hallway... that reminds me of a PC game where you can't go any further because the pipe is already occupied. That can be annoying in the morning when everyone needs to quickly use the toilet.
I don't see any space for a 3-meter wardrobe in the bedroom. I also see problems carrying furniture upstairs – except for individual Ikea parts.
The east sun gives nice morning light: why do you place the garage where it is now?

Sorry, I don't see the floor plan as final yet – there are still some knots hidden that cannot be fixed by shifting walls.

I'm always the party pooper
