Large windows, 200m2, double garage, plus the finished attic

Soil survey was done 1.5 weeks ago, results pending - about 40 cm of clay soil that needs to be replaced, otherwise load-bearing ground with dirty gravel - concrete report expected by the end of October.
Bavaria is of course an expensive place, you are right, although it’s not the Munich outskirts but rural areas, still expensive...
