....and as in real life, age alone is not an achievement or accomplishment. Have a proper design created for you with measurements, an architect can do that. By the way, a draftsman can do that even better; what you have uploaded so far as a floor plan is practically nothing, even I could manage that although I usually get a rash when I have to draw something. Nobody here wants to upset you, but would like to help you, however, the drawn floor plan is not really usable at this stage. Since the floor plan will change anyway, the drawn exterior facade is also just a gimmick.

I like the floor plan, especially considering the small plot. I can't quite imagine the sofa corner in the living room, since there will probably be a fireplace there. I like the floor-to-ceiling window in the hallway, otherwise you would have a dark corridor. Do you want to leave the basement stairs open? It might not look so nice from the living room.

Best regards Sabine

... the pictorial notation is predominantly preferred here over the textual notation.

Costs might be the lesser hurdle here. And of course, I assume she means dormer windows.

With a 260sqm plot, you first need a site plan with the surroundings... then a floor plan draft... otherwise any discussion is purely theoretical. I also don't find a draft without doors and windows particularly helpful... if you can even call it a draft at all.

The design itself may be quite okay if you think about and guess a lot, but knowing, since we are groping in the dark here, we do nothing. Also, thinking about it is probably misplaced for us. Therefore, any advice or trying to put oneself in our shoes is simply lost.

Oops! - if that wasn't a typo, we probably have to imagine not only the bay window but also the garage away.

If I understood correctly, the windows and doors were simply not included in the images shown to us, for whatever reason.
