Well, it looks more like a draftsman apprentice, drawing servant or rubber stamper - but not like an architect. I would say that in some places an effort is necessary that costs less with classic load-bearing wall thickness than requiring higher compressive strength in 11.5.

Such statements unfortunately do not help and I always wonder where the added value lies. Could you specifically name your points? I would like to understand them since you apparently are very active.

I take that with me and will discuss the ground floor structural analysis with him.

That sounds contradictory to me: what would it bring you to be able to comprehend which clues whisper to me after forty years of reading construction plans which league of experts was at work there? - aside from the fact that this cannot be explained in a weekend beginner course. But "concrete points" is a good keyword: the qualitative turbo button for the discussion here would be if you would reveal your secret knowledge about the door and window positions to the community.

Let's leave the topic of experts aside - was an architect with 30 years of experience.

Regarding windows and doors:
Ground Floor
In the hallway, there should be a floor-to-ceiling window at the end of the corridor.
In the storage room and toilet, each a transom window (ideally so that it is continuous?)
Living-dining area: Large window front with floor-to-ceiling windows to the garden (see pictures in the post).
Between the two load-bearing walls, a door.
Upper Floor
In the bathroom, a continuous transom window (analogous to the ground floor with toilet and storage room).
In the storage room, floor-to-ceiling window analogous to the front door.
Each room has a door leading from the corridor.
Attic
Bathroom: floor-to-ceiling window on the left side.
Dressing room: also floor-to-ceiling window in the middle.
One door presumably centered from the corridor into the bedroom.

My wife just came up with the idea to add 2 dormers to the attic, one each in the bathroom and in the dressing room (on the stairwell side). I don’t know how that looks and am not clear about the costs. My first thought was that we actually have enough space upstairs...

Please draw furniture with specific dimensions on the ground floor, namely kitchen, dining table with chairs around it, and couch with TV as well as the planned passage to the living area.

Floor-to-ceiling windows in storage rooms, why? It costs floor space and at the same time money.
The usefulness in the bathroom also needs to be reconsidered, seeing or being seen from the toilet at 3m distance to the neighbor and directly on the street must be intentional.
The position of doors and windows determines where you can place cabinets, so it’s best to also draw them in, even if it’s just a colored line on the plan.

Is there a reason why the bay window from the ground floor is not continued in the basement?
