The staircase is now 3.50 m long and additionally around the corner, and the loggia has been replaced by a balcony. This could now lead to detailed planning or a proper floor plan.
I would move the door in the upstairs bedroom to the left and omit this corner for the study. This way, a 3.5m wardrobe would fit into the bedroom. As it is now, the wardrobe space is lost. On the ground floor, the space for the wardrobe would be too small for me.
Do you mean something like this? I just have concerns that the space between the bed and the wardrobe might be a bit tight...
The topic of the wardrobe relaxes a bit since jackets etc. are also distributed under the stairs as well as in the utility room.
